　　Structural requirements for glass fire doors:

　　1.The appearance plan of the glass fire door is the same as that of the normal steel fire door,except that the size of the glass on the door leaf exceeds 30%of the door leaf area,which is called the insulated glass fire door.

　　2.The distance between the door leaf glass opening and the vertical edge of the door leaf is w(120≤w≤150).This size is selected according to the requirements of Party A and the actual size of the door:if the door leaf width is≤700mm,w=120 is selected;if the door leaf width is>700mm,w=150mm is selected to reduce the glass size;If the small leaf of 1221 child and parent door is equipped with glass,w=80mm,so as to ensure the beautiful proportion of door leaf size and glass size).

　　3.The distance between the door leaf glass opening and the upper wharf is W1,and the customer has no special requirements,w1=w.

　　4.The distance between the door leaf glass opening and the lower wharf is W2(120≤W2≤350).According to the light transmission dimension in the glass height direction,the light transmission height of the door leaf=door leaf height-W1-W2≤1740.

　　Requirements for hardware fittings of glass fire door:

　　1.Default hardware standard configuration of stainless steel glass door

　　1)The default configuration of lower standard hinge:115mm domestic stainless steel bearing hinge.If the customer has other high-end brands,the stainless steel bearing hinge with specified performance and Specification no less than 115mm domestic stainless steel bearing hinge can be used.

　　2)Low concealed bolt default configuration:luxury stainless steel concealed bolt can be used as specified if the customer has other high-end brands.

　　2.Hardware standard configuration of ordinary steel large glass door

　　1)The default configuration of lower standard hinge:115mm domestic stainless steel bearing hinge.If the customer has other high-end brands,the stainless steel hinge with specified performance and Specification no less than 115mm domestic stainless steel bearing hinge can be used.

　　2)Concealed bolt eight inch galvanized concealed bolt,luxury stainless steel concealed bolt and Anheng stainless steel concealed bolt can be selected.

　　3)Fire lock and door closer:all brands of well-known fire Lock Companies in the market can be selected.Because door closers can be opened manually,door closers in the market can be pre opened in the factory.Other brands need to provide the opening instructions of the R&D center in advance to convert them into opening workers.
